Job Profile:


·         Interact with customers to come up with detailed requirements/functional specifications
·         Identify the gaps in current solution with respect to customer requirements and come up with a business solution that can maximize business benefits to the customer
·         Work closely with the Engineering team and the Customer Business / IT teams to come up with a functional and technical solution tailor made to the customer needs
·         Prior software package implementation experience will be preferred (package assessment, process mapping, future state architecture, assessment across applications, data, integration, business, infrastructure and security)
·         Ability to interact extensively with clients to understand their requirement
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must

The CFO is the strategic and tactical advisor responsible for the organization’s overall financial plans and policies along with its accounting practices and the conduct of its relationship with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community.

Essential Functions:
·         Develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
·         Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion.
·         Ensure the organization's activities follow sound financial principles and comply with all banking
regulations.
·         Provide recommendations to President/CEO and Board for financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources and developing action plans.

Summary:
Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Looking for Sales Overlay positions  with Insurance or Media & Entertainment respectively. Candidates should have hands-on sales experience, having carried a quota and delivered consistently against the sales quota
  Job Description:
• Over 12 years of relevant IT experience in the QA domain with at least 4 years in direct and indirect sales, solution development, QA consulting and/ or business development activities
• Experience at managing QA portfolio of $15-20M annually with net new business development of $5M annually
• Strategic Test Management or Consulting experience including working in problem solving and solution creation roles
• Sound knowledge (Subject Matter Expertise) of testing methodologies, techniques, tools and optimization strategies
• Experience in working independently in analyzing complex client needs and providing innovative and differentiated QA solutions to clients/ prospects
• Experience at performing detail competitive analysis to assess our current positioning and identify future opportunities for growth
• Experience in leading solution/ proposal development and ability to direct internal teams on technical solution development and commercial estimation/ pricing
• Define winning strategy and win themes, and work with Business development support teams to elaborate/ articulate the same
• Articulate the value proposition and differentiators to the client and obtain buy-in on proposed solution
