Job Description:
•    Minimum 12-15 years SAP experience with progressive exposure in SAP sales / Sell-to-deliver models with experience/expertise in one following industry verticals,
o    Services: Media/Financial Services (Location: new Jersey)
•    Demonstrated track record of sales target achievement in growing existing and/or building net new SAP consulting/services business
•    Strong mix of consultative selling/understanding of technology (SAP product knowledge) in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs.
•    Working with pre-sales team to respond to responding to RFI/RFP documents, writings proposal and proposal defense.
•    Lead generation & ability to build sales pipeline independently/working with vertical sales teams, alliance and outsourcing advisory firms
•    Strong networking and relationship skills and demonstrated ability to manage CXO, Analyst, partner eco-system (SAP) relationships
•    Capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multi-million dollar engagements.
•    Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to work in a dynamic environment, both externally and internally
•    Must have a working knowledge of Global Delivery model

•    Generate ideas for products / services development,

Our client, a global technology solutions company is looking for a marketing professional as
Director - Advisors/ Analysts Relations.


Responsibilities & Tasks
An AR professional will be responsible for the development and implementation of an effective Advisor & Analyst relations program. 

Specific tasks include:
•                 Work with key Advisory firms like ISG, Alsbridge, KPMG, and with Research Organizations like Gartner, Forrester and Ovum with the aim of getting RFP invitations and favorable mentions in research reports
•                 Schedule and manage a calendar of interactions with the Advisor & Analyst (AA) firms
•                 Establish processes for ongoing communication and education of industry analysts
•                 Facilitating analyst briefings and inquiry sessions
•                 Securing analyst quotes for press releases
•                 Preparing analyst briefing tours, presentations, and documents
•                 Oversee budget, analysis and recommendations for purchased analyst research services
•                 Support the corporate communications team in other PR-related programs and activities
•                 Responding to analyst inquiries, monitoring briefings, ensuring that deliverables are provided and suggesting research topics
•                 Developing and monitoring an analyst report calendar for coverage potential
•                 Facilitating information exchange with outside PR firm

Professional Experience Requirements
•             The effective candidate will have a technology sales and marketing background, with an overall understanding of company's technology and service offerings
•             Because the position is usually not a defined job within many vendors, the person should be a self-starter with proven project and business management skills.
•             The individual should also be a polished communicator who will represent the company in front of discriminating industry analysts
•             The professional should be at ease working with Business Unit and Service Line Heads
•             Analyst relations (AR) professionals provide a key link between industry analysts and internal marketing or corporate executives.
•             10 – 15 years of experience working with a technology services organization, research firm or advisory, or a combination thereof, will be ideal


Education Qualifications
•             A BA/BS degree in a marketing or technology-related field is required
·                 Advanced degrees will be a plus

Hiring ETRM Business/ Functional Analyst

Our client is looking for a Business/Functional Analyst with experience in both Natural Gas and Power commodities; more than 5 years of experience using ETRM system (Allegro preferred) for natural gas and power or any other ETRM solution (OpenLink, Zainet, Aligne) are required from a Business/Functional perspective.
Duties:
Populate/load data systems, including Enterprise Architect (requires data from Functional Analysis); QC (requires Technical Design documentation, test plans and other documents); and to compose additional items for the Functional Analysis document to support the following activities:
  • Assist in requirements gathering for the design of new interface between Allegro and SAP for collaterals and changes in the existing interfaces in case where required;
  • Support the preparation of different deliverables;
  • Complete requirements gathering for small number of functionalities required by the Project;
  • Assist in current and future-state documentation (EA, QC, SharePoint, other);
  • Prepare and send Configuration requirements in Allegro Credit 8.2;
  • Document new business process/procedures;
  • Assist in test plan development; Conduct UAT with the Team Leader and client’s users
  • Prepare end user training information;
Assist with documentation of Functional and Technical Design
