Hiring SVP Sales - Banking & Financial Services Vertical

Client is a $4B+ global IT & BPO Solutions company.

They are looking for an individual to head their Sales for the Banking & Financial Services Vertical.

Job Description:

•             Will be responsible for bringing in new logos within Banking and Financial services verticals.

•             Will carry revenue target within BFS vertical

•             Will be responsible for driving new account wins and new revenue

•             Partner with C-Level executives within the account to drive outcomes based business

•             Build and execute account strategy for revenue / industry vertical growth

•             Build and nurture relationships within the new accounts

•             Team Size: 20+ Business development Directors/ Account Directors

Desired Skills & Experience:

•             An ideal candidate will have overall IT industry experience in the range of 18 to 25 years of which 7 to 10 years would be relevant experience managing and leading sales teams

•             Must have strong leadership skill and ability to mentor and train teams.

•             Must have strong understanding / experience of Industry / Domain

•             Must have a strong rolodex of contacts in Banking and Financial services Industry.

•             Must have experience working in global delivery model

•             Must have prior experience managing new business development and Account Management.

•             Should have developed business and nurtured relationships within the accounts

•             Should have experience building or managing a 150+ MUSD business.

•             Should have broad understanding of technologies / skills

•             Overall experience in Business development, Contract negotiation, Making effective presentations, Solution mindset is essential

•             Must have a stable career background

•             Should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and a MBA from a reputed school

•             Must have prior work authorization to work in the United States
