Design Manager needed for India

Our client is an established engineering company based In India with diverse interests. Has been involved in manufacturing heat exchanger coils (evaporator & condenser coils) for the past 25 years. They are the largest manufacturer of heat exchanger coils for the HVAC & R industry & have serviced the needs of almost all the HVAC companies in India. Over the past few years they have been supplying our Heat exchanger coils to a customer based in the UK that is involved is manufacturing a range of heat transfer products for the process & power generation industries. Their coils that are made of copper round tubes & aluminum Fins are supplied to the customer that further uses these Coils to build Dry Air Coolers. Thyy are looking for an experienced Design engineer that can design such dry air coolers & related Products for the process industry. The design engineer must be able guide our company on what Software they should purchase which would be used to design dry Air coolers / fin – fan coolers The design engineer will be required to work out of their factory in India for at least one year where he would not only design these dry air coolers Will also be responsible to recruit & train other design engineers for our company. The design engineer must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in selection Of fans, design of heat exchanger coils, design of sheet metal & design / selection of All other electrical & electronic components that go into the Dry Air Cooler package. In addition to Dry Air Cooler it would be a huge plus if the design engineer has also The experience to design Air Cooled Steam Condensers for the Power Plant industry.
