Hiring Software Solutions Sales Manager - BFS Vertical - Iselin, NJ

Our client is a $1B+ global software solutions company with a global delivery model.

They are looking for individuals with the following experience:

·         An ideal candidate will have overall IT industry experience of Minimum 12 years’ .

·         Must have strong understanding / experience of Banking Industry / Domain and be able to execute on consultative sales.

·         Must have a strong rolodex of contacts in Banking/ financial services Industry.

·         Must have experience working in global delivery model

·         Must have prior experience managing new business development

·         Should have developed business and nurtured relationships within the accounts

·         Should have broad understanding of technologies / skills

·         Overall experience in Business development, Contract negotiation, Making effective presentations, Solution mindset is essential

·         Will be responsible for bringing in new logos within banking services (retail/wholesale banking) after qualifying prospect

·         Will carry revenue target within banking and financial services vertical

·         Will be responsible for creating and executing account plans to grow new accounts with new revenue

·         Partner with C-Level executives within the account to drive business
