Hiring Software Services Sales Leaders in NJ

Our client is a software solutions providor with revenues of over $100M.

They are looking for Sales Leaders with the following role:

Strategize, Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and advice business partners, vendors, and clients concerning sales. Assign sales territory to sales personnel. Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and to assist vendors and business partners in promoting sales. Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company. Direct planning and standardization to eliminate unprofitable services from sales line. Represent company at industry association meetings to promote our services. Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units. Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. Assist other departments within our company to prepare manuals and technical publications. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales. May direct in-house branded software products research and development. May recommend or approve budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work. ( a more managerial and individual contributor role for the Sales managers)
