Practice Head - Telecom BPO

Our client is a multi billion dollar ITO & BPO Outsourcing company.


This is a Head of Telecom Practice BPO role…  its not an account management role.  The role requires to establish and fine tune the BPO Telecom practice and using those offerings, mine existing accounts for new revenues.  This is not a New Business Logo Hunter role – but owns revenues from existing account growths – by penetrating them using the BPO services offerings.


Role – Head of BPO Client Relationships, Telecom (AVP level)
Compensation Range –  Around $140K Base + Bonus/incentives
Location: Open to large metros in the US.
 
Key Responsibilities
·         Mine existing BPO/BSG accounts for Telco customers
·         Mine existing IT accounts for BPO Services
 
Job Attributes
·         Partner with existing Account leaders to mine BPO opportunities
·         Provide thought leadership and be able to do conceptualize BPO Solutions
·         Collaborate with Pre Sales team in developing relevant solutions and campaigns
·         Engage senior executives and have C suite consultative conversations
 
Experience
·         10-15 Years in Telco industry
·         Understanding of Telecom domain and Telco Operations
·         5+ years of BPO Sales experience in Telecom
