Hiring Relationship Managers (Software Services) - Trucking/ Railroad clients

Our client is a global software services company with combined revenues in excess of $2B They are looking for individuals to manage the following Relationships: Account 1: Trucking Company, Green Bay WI – account potential is $5-10M Account 2: Railroad Company, Omaha, NE – account potential is $10-15M Profile: a. 5 years of Relationship Management experience in the outsourcing industry b. Overall 15 years plus experience c. Experience in interacting and working with the CXO/VP Levels Job Description: a. Overall 15+ years of industry experience primarily related to Logistics and Freight industries b. Should have at least 5 years of most recent experience in either Relationship/Account Management or NBD. c. Should have managed $5M+ account(s) if an AM/RM OR should have consistent NBD sales record of over $2M per year NBD sales. d. Past experience of NBD is desirable in any case. e. Would be required to operate at multiple levels building relationships with Managers to CxOs. f. Should have worked with a company selling IT services in offshore/Onsite model. Please target Tier 2 and 3 IT services companies. g. Must have proven and demonstrable track record of growing business from previous pursuits. h. Do whatever it takes attitude to get things done. i.
