Head - US Sales - Real Estate for a major property developer in India

Our client is a major builder in India with realty developments across major metros in India.

Our client is looking for an individual as head of Sales in the US.

The person they seek should have 20+ years experience in real estate or related industry and well connected with individuals of Indian Ethnic background. Knowledge of applicable laws in the US; India is desirable.

Individual who may have sold other financial investment related solutions can also be considered.

The responsibility is to sell and lead few sales representatives in selling properties being developed in India to the NRIs in the US. Will be involved in participating in creating strategies and participating in property exhibitions, etc.

Salary will be in the upper 150K to 200K + Incentives, etc.
