VP BPO Ops

Our client is a global leader in information and risk management.

They are looking for a VP responsible for BPO Operations.

The VP is responsible for overseeing the operations department and managing the internal project management office (PMO) & vendor management office (VMO) function for Contact Center Services.
More specifically, this position is responsible for ensuring effective coordination and implementation of strategic solutions between the business units and the vendors while continuing to identify improved enhancements. This position is to oversee the responsibilities and staff of the department. Manage complex projects between the business unit and its service vendors to define and execute business solutions, manage and negotiate contracts, oversee SLA adherence, and evaluate the performance of new/existing vendors. Will provide feedback and make recommendations to senior level leadership on opportunities to improve current procedures and cost saving initiatives. This position will
translate strategic goals into actions for a team of associates that will take direction and effectively execute instructions based on set timelines and goals. Serve as an expert on outsourcing information and build vendor partnerships to expand business opportunities. Based on client needs and outsourcing opportunities, the VP will find strategic ways to accommodate to the marketplace needs while finding cost effective methods to streamline products.
