Hiring Software Sales Directors BFSI in NY/NJ

• Software Services: Business Solutions, both customer built and IP accelerated (Application Development and Maintenance), Domain led Functional QA with Performance and Automated testing, Usability Design Services (UXD).
• Remote Infrastructure Management Services (RIMS)
• Assessment Services

Job Description:

• Sales Experience of 8-10 years, with a minimum of 5 years experience in selling services portfolio leveraging Global Delivery Outsourcing Model to BFSI customers
• At least 5 years ‘hunting’ experience in US markets in BFSI with a successful track record of creating new accounts and sustaining long-term relationships with C levels.
• Well versed in Solution Selling methodologies with an eye for unearthing business issues and articulating value propositions

• Intimately familiar with Global Delivery (Offshoring) Model, capable of leading both Sales discussions and managing customer expectations in partnership with the delivery team for initial engagements.
• Team worker, capable of working with Global Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to meet and exceed Customers expectations by proposing value added solutions
• Result oriented, high energy, self-driven and passionate person capable of independent working with minimum supervision
