Hiring Sales Director - GIS Solutions

Our client is a global technology and BPO solutions company with revenue of approx $350M

They are looking for a Sales manager - GIS Solutions to be based anywhere in the US

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads through selective cold calling, providing product demonstrations, working leads from direct mail campaigns and other marketing campaigns.
• Document and maintain all leads within the internal business systems.
• Aggressively build a pipeline of new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
• Minimum activity standards include weekly “C” level meetings, complex discovery sessions to uncover customer business problems, custom solution demonstrations, etc
• Ability to work with a team of PB Solution Architects, Product Managers and 3rd party consultants
• Establish the best possible long-term relationship with each prospect and customer so as to maximize future revenue opportunities. Included are meaningful business relationships with “C” level executives.
• Manage the sales process including Bids, RFPs, MSAs and SOWs.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Typically 8 or more years of related sales experience with 4 or more years selling Geographic Information System (or related solutions)
• Clear understanding of creating sales demand and delivering high quality effective customer engagement and full life cycle customer experience.
• Industry experience should include software driven product environments.
• Possess an in depth understanding of GIS technology solutions, GIS software, and analytics as well as applying domain expertise on behalf of corporate clients. Experience in Business Process Modeling, Customer & Predictive Analytics, Customer Communications, Data Strategy, Data Transformation are preferable.
• Experience in implementing large scale software projects (People Process and Technology) is necessary for client credibility.
• Establishes strong partnerships with key organizational stakeholders.
