Hiring CFO with IPO experience

Our client is an approximate $1B global technology solutions company.

Job Description

Reporting to CEO, you will provide leadership in all aspects of finance. This includes financial, management & regulatory reporting, financial planning & budgetary control, internal controls, taxation and contract management. You will lead the IPO process and play the key role in investor relations, work closely with CEO on capital raising, investor communications, regulatory management etc. Your inputs will be highly instrumental to top management for strategic planning and decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidate need to be degree qualified with extensive IPO experience, investment bank background will be highly preferred. You will need to be very familiar with the capital market and experience in successful IPO at  US stock market will be essential.Experience can be any industry.
