Hiring AVP - Bus Dev for software solutions - Helathcare Insurance in East Coast

Our client is a global software solutions providor with revenues of around $4B.

The need:

 The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of prior experience in a Sales / Leadership role
 Engineer +/or MBA from a reputed school
 5+ years of experience working with customers in Health Insurance/ (Mix of Insurance & Healthcare)
 Extensive experience in Infra, BPO and Application Transformations
 Sound understanding of various technologies and their business implications in various scenarios within Payer/ Health Insurance vertical
 Experience with Global Delivery Model.
 Should have sold multi-year, multi-million $ deals
 Should have sold to the organizations having revenue in excess of BN$
 Should have opened 2-3 new large accounts per year
