Account Management professional - BPO Services - North East US prefered

Our client is a global outsourcing company with revenues in excess of $4B.

Our client has an immediate requirement in their Business Services (BPO) Group for an individual who will manage a cluster of BPO accounts to the tune of $20M or so. They are also open to a more senior professional where a larger responsibility may be provided.. This position will report into the Head of BSG Operations.

Key requirements are:

• Farming experience in large BPO accounts is key; demonstrated track record of growing the accounts
• Multi service line experience in some of these areas – F&A, SCM, Data Management, Telecom BPO, Procurement, Financial Services.

• Preferably based out of NJ area
• 8-10 years of BPO Sales/Account management experience
• Travel required
