My client is a global IT outsourcing company, selling into number of verticals including Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, Airline, Transportation, Retail and Manufacturing and Media, Publishing, Entertainment. They provide clients with a range of services, including BPO, Application Development, Application Management and Infrastructure. As part of continued growth in 2013, the company is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to grow and develop both existing and new logo accounts within its BPO horizontal. BPO Services sales and account management experience is essential for any application.

The Job Role

Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company in new and existing accounts

Achieving Revenue and Gross Margin targets.

Establishing the organisations brand name in the select geography and vertical.

Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.

Build a personal sales pipeline/funnel to set up for long-term success.

Candidate Attributes

Business Development (Hunting)  experience

Knowledge of the BPO Services

Offshore model experience

You must have experience of selling BPO service lines in to Insurance industry.

Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are pre-requisites.
