Hiring Head - Americas - EPC/ Hydrocarbons
Our client is a $15B global engineering company.
They are looking for a Head - Americas.
· Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a premium institution and a Post-Graduation.
· Experience: 25 years & above
· Should be a P&L leader of large business vertical of EPC Hydrocarbon Company specifically in HMD & HCP.
· Nationality: Any Nationality.
· Ideal Profile: CEO/Business Head level person with excellent knowledge of EPC and Hydrocarbons sector and truly international experience and outlook.
Key Responsibilities
· Hold full P&L responsibility for the HMD & HCP business within the region
· He will be responsible for introducing new accounts and building and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
· To develop a long term vision and strategy for the business and expand the growth and profitability of the Hydrocarbons business, driving it to achieve the growth objectives.
· Drive organic growth and developments through new services, customers and markets, Potential geographies in Americas based on balance of strategic benefit (medium and longer term) and rigorous financial analysis.
· Identify major commercial opportunities and position the business to be able to both bid and win such work in the region of Americas.
· Identify options to create capabilities and expertise in areas such as civil, mechanical, electrical, piping, to support a complete EPC business in these locations.
· Effectively manage top level stakeholders including board, blue-chip industrial customers and governmental relationships.
· Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all operations are carried out ethically and in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, standards and industry practices.
· Should have strong knowledge base in HMD & HCP.
· Should have strong Business Building skills, P&L capability, Network with International customers especially decision makers in international Oil & Gas Companies, Execution skills.
· Should have strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
· Diverse international experience would be highly advantageous. International exposure, ideally in Americas & European Countries with complex and challenging business dynamics.
· Should possess successful track record of driving rapid growth and geographical expansion with a delivery and focused performance based culture.
· Should have experience in strategic development and large growth projects (organic and inorganic)
· Should possess a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
· Must be able to manage the subordinates within the organization and external interface.
· Must be intellectually sharp and clearly capable of thinking on his/her feet while demonstrating sound business judgment and leadership in execution.
· A class quality individual who is currently President or Chief Executive of a substantial international business in the Hydrocarbons/EPC space specific to HMD & HCP .
· Should have past experience of independently handling large and diverse projects, within the process industries.
