The are looking for Business Development Managers with experience in selling to the Insurance Vertical.

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and focused individual with an experienced background and proven sales track record in a sales & business development role to join one of the leading IT companies within their US operation
Purpose:
The candidate will concentrate on new business development for ur client  predominantly in US. The role is very much focused on selling our case study-supported value proposition and platform-based insurance solutions whilst carrying a revenue quota based on our sales plan. This is Pureplay Hunter role in Insurance vertical.
Profile:
This role requires extensive experience in direct sales and new client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience selling software, services and IT-based Solutions to the Insurance Industry.
*Experience selling to large Insurance Clients – Life and/or P&C
*Understanding business domain; current industry initiatives; challenges the large insurers are facing today.
*A proven track record in a sales role and a good network of contacts in the insurance sector is required across US.
*Ability of working cross functionality within Insurance segments and US multi state environment;
*Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the sales of services in an international environment;
*Independent and result focused personality with excellent communicational and social competencies;
*Deal closer;
*Willingness to travel .
*Credibility to interact at senior management levels and the ability to network with key influencers in targeted accounts
*Prior experience selling a global delivery model for delivery of Information Technology services ]
Educational credentials:
Ideal background is a BS/MS in software/technology; followed by an MBA
