Hiring Mobility Solutions Consultant - Texas/ NJ or Chicago

Our client is a start up in Enterprise Mobility/ Fieldforce Management.
They are looking for the following professional:

Position:

Solution Consultant, Professional Services

4 - 8 years of relevant domain experience

Industry:

Enterprise mobility / Field Force management

Function:

Implement Enterprise Mobility and collaboration solutions for large and medium Enterprise customers in a manner that meets their business objectives and maximizes the benefits delivered.

Job Profile:

·         Interact with customers to come up with detailed requirements/functional specifications

·         Identify the gaps in current solution with respect to customer requirements and come up with a business solution that can maximize business benefits to the customer

·         Work closely with the Engineering team and the Customer Business / IT teams to come up with a functional and technical solution tailor made to the customer needs

·         Prior software package implementation experience will be preferred (package assessment, process mapping, future state architecture, assessment across applications, data, integration, business, infrastructure and security)

·         Ability to interact extensively with clients to understand their requirement

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must

·         Should have proven customer management  and interaction skills, preferably in the context of large scale implementations

·         Conduct onsite visits to client locations e.g., for requirements, UAT

·         Proactively learn enterprise mobility / field force use cases, workflows and technologies

·         Build internal knowledge base / Enterprise mobility expertise e.g., white papers,  Practice Documents

Technical Skills:

·         Knowledge of Web server (Apache), Application server (Tomcat/Weblogic/Jboss), Database(MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server), Web services, XML, Java/C#/C++, Linux, Mobile platforms like iOS/Android/Windows with good experience / expertise in one of these areas.
