The company has three
modern manufacturing plants that are equipped
with modern CNC machines, testing
facilities, with proven capability to offer engineered solutions. One of these facilities is N and NPT stamp approved by ASME. It has a well established R&D facility
capable of design and development of valves and flow control equipment using advanced
3D design software.
They offer a wide range of valves,
comprising Gate, Globe and Check valves,
Process and Pipeline
Ball valves, High Pressure valves for Power & Nuclear Industry,
Butterfly valves including
the Triple-offset metal seated Butterfly valves.
It is making an entry into Control valves segment
by
developing control valves for Power industry in one of their manufacturing units.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To establish our client's valves as a major provider of Flow control
products in Americas, establish the
marketing and sales
network in major regions
of the continent, network
with major end users
and contractors and industry stake holders, to achieve
the targeted growth
in the market.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Experience
|
15 to 20 years, experience in developing business, managing a
team with proven record
of delivering performance
on agreed
parameters.

Should have established extensive networks
in the Oil
&
Gas, Power sector
and with other major
Valve users and distributors.
|
Responsibilities:
o
Develop
the Americas markets and achieve the Order inflow and Sales targets for the region by developing a strong network
of sales team and distributors.
o
To develop
strategies for sales promotion
and implement
it.
o
To work out
short term and long term
forecasts for the region.
o
Daily management of the sales channels.
o
Provide training, both product and selling
to our channel partners.
o
Develops, maintains profiles
for clients (end users, licensers
representatives and E&C firms).
o
Provide Management with monthly Regional reports
o
Prepares and
submits for approval an annual operating budget and operates
within it.
o
Provide Market intelligence and pricing recommendations
§ Work closely
with product Management to
drive the growth of all products
within the region.
§ Provide technical
assistance to customers on an as needed
basis.
Take
ownership of major projects within the region providing overall strategy
to win the business. Experienced Desired:

in North and South America

in the region.
