CFO

Client has recently acquired two mines in the US.

They are looking for a CFO to be based in Dallas, TX

1. To ensure proper book keeping for both the Mines.

2. Audit of all the transactions should be the responsibility of the CFO.

3. The fund flow and cash flow planning and timely availability of funds should be ensured.

4. Maintaining relationship with banks for meeting the funding requirements.

5. Going forward , planning acquisition, raising long term funds, possible merger, listing should be handled.
