Hiring CFO for Global Technology Company anywhere in the US

Client is a global technology solutions company. They are looking for a senior finance professional as their CFO based in the US



Desired profile:

·         Minimum experience -  overall 20 years of experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles out of which 10 may be leadership experience
·         Professional Qualification in Accounting /Finance
·         Been involved as part of previous experience in at least 1 IPO listings on NASDAQ
·         Previous experience in Technology/ IT Service company  preferred
·         Global experience with outsourcing industry ( Multi geo, with exposure to working with India based technology companies  )
·         Strong knowledge of corporate accounting and financial systems and processes in a MNC with exposure to global accounting intricacies
·         Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization, with a global team
·         Excellent problem solving, analytical, interpretation skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
·         High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
·         Exceptional communication skills, project management and organization skills

Key responsibilities:
·         This is a global position , though  based in USA
·         Planning executing on international listings with key differentiated positioning
·         Analysts and funds/brokerages relations/positioning
·         Responsibility for M and A discussions/executions
·         Business planning on profitability and operational improvement
·         Local responsibility of legal and related functions
