Need SMEs - Any US Location

We have urgent 4 positions for Subject Matter Experts with a global outsourcing client:

1. Supply Chain lead, having worked in many of the manufacturing supply chain functions in discrete and/orprocess industries, including but not limited to JIT, Lean manufacturing, Advanced Planning and Optimization, Scheduling, Inventory Management, Procurement, etc.
2. Consumer Packaged Goods lead, Having worked in the CPG industry with experience in areas such as supply chain, distribution, sales and marketing, distribution, retail
3. Manufacturing/Auto lead, having worked in the Heavy Industrial and Automotive industries and very familiar with many of the key business functions in these industries such as Product Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing functions/MES, Sales & Marketing
4. Hi Tech lead, having worked in the high tech and semiconductor industries with experience in the areas such as service and warranty, manufacturing, channel strategy

The individual profiles we will be interested in would be those with the following characteristics:

1. 10-15 years of experience with Big 5 consulting, should have been at the Senior Manager or principal level
2. Extensive direct industry experience prior to consulting work
3. Very strong understanding of the business processes and industry trends
4. Familiar with critical solutions and technologies in the respective space
5. Strong communication skills and executive presence
6. Strong client facing skills
7. Thought leadership track record, published white papers/articles
8. Strong teaming and collaborative qualities
9. Track record of collaborating with sales and presales groups and influencing large sales
10. Some small portion of the time maybe billable to help clients in early stages of developing solution and business strategies, solution mapping, planning, etc.11. Will require extensive travel in US, and internationally as needed

Need 10 Industrial Engineers in Dallas, TX

Mechanical / Aerospace / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineers with 5 to 10 years of Industrial Engineering experience in a industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in Aerospace Industry. The engineer should have good exposure to manufacturing processes and systems and should be able to identify repetitive processes and standardize the same towards improved efficiency. The engineer must be a US Citizen with background checks done. The location is Fort worth (Texas).

Experience in old legacy IMS systems and or Visiprise (now SAP Manufacturing ) systems would be a plus.
