Job Description:
  • Sales Experience of 8-10 years, with a minimum of 5 years experience in selling services portfolio leveraging Global Delivery Outsourcing Model to BFSI customers
  • At least 5 years ‘hunting’ experience in US markets in BFSI with a successful track record of creating new accounts and sustaining long-term relationships with C levels.
  • Well versed in Solution Selling methodologies with an eye for unearthing business issues and articulating value propositions

  • Intimately familiar with Global Delivery (Offshoring) Model, capable of leading both Sales discussions and managing customer expectations in partnership with the delivery team for initial engagements.
  • Team worker, capable of working with Global Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to meet and exceed Customers expectations by proposing value added solutions
  • Result oriented, high energy, self-driven and passionate person capable of independent working with minimum supervision

Hiring Microsoft Dynamics AX Senior Project Manager




Requirements

·         Minimum 4 years in PM role for ERP deployment (AX, SAP, Oracle preferred)
·         AX 4, 2009 and/or AX 2012 implementation experiences

Description

The AX Project Manager:
·         Experience in managing at least 2 full lifecycle AX Dynamics implementations
·         Experience leading the startup, kick off and execution of Sure Step methodology on-site with clients
·         Experience in managing the discovery process and mapping of business practices to Dynamics AX
·         Experience in controlling project budget and Scope of Work
·         Experience in proofreading and editing developed Functional Requirements Documents
·         Experience in recognizing opportunities for business process improvement through appropriate leverage of Dynamics AX features
·         Experience with configuring complex workflows for document approval
·         Experience in leading 3 to 12 AX consultants/developers and working closely with Super Users to configure Dynamics AX for Unit Testing, Training and Production.
·         Experience with Dynamics AX Functionality Demonstrations and set up of security and administration
·         Experience in directing support and giving guidance for Test Script Development
·         Experience in virtual leadership including time zone issues related to support India work center
·         Experience in providing guidance on Data Conversion Mapping, Excel uploads and Setup Tables
·         The ability to script Go-live and cutover schedules and Post Go-live support.

Hiring Process Engineers - Houston, TX



Process Engineers for Project Management Consultancy Services - FEED

The main requirement for this service is to supervise with the execution of the FEED in the engineering offices in Houston, TX

FEED Objectives:

The company intends to carry out a Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for the Field location development.   The main objectives of the FEED work are as follows:
  • To review and verify the preliminary and conceptual design completed by the client, including process technologies selection.
  • To develop an optimum facilities design that guarantees safety, reliability, construct-ability, operability and maintainability, within minimum environmental impact and at a reasonable plant life cycle cost.
  • To provide enough technical definition to form the basis of the EPC Tender as well as minimizing risk of potential cost overrun and schedule slippage during execution.
  • To develop a Cost Estimate for Project proposal, expected to be within +/-10% cost confidence range, as well as enabling the commercial evaluation of the EPC bids.
  • To produce the EPIC tender document
Basic Function:

Designs, develops and supervises the installations of gas process plants, modifications, involves in process studies, associated equipments, design and cost studies on equipments, extensions to improve oil & gas productions and studies follow-up.

Function & Responsibilities:
  • Organizes and directs new engineering projects, including preparation of scope of works, tenders documents, preparing bids specifications, bid evaluations.
  • Participate in the initial start-up of new equipments, making adjustment and modifications as required to correct any faults that occur.
  • Troubleshoots field operating problems and makes recommendations for equipment and/or operating procedures for existing plants.
  • Evaluation and assessment of equipments performance, separators, heat exchangers, fractionation columns, heaters, and optimization of oil & gas pipelines.
  • Review of contractors documents to ensure compliance with specifications.
Education & Experience:
  • B.Sc degree Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years experience in oil production and gas processing industry
  • Experience in using software
  • Very good English language both written and spoken & computer skilled
