Our client is a global technology solutions company with revenues of approx $1B.

They are looking for an individual to Head HR for the Americas & Europe.

They are looking for an individual with:   20+ years of relevant experience with last 5 years in a leadership role heading the HR function  in an IT Organisation

The person should be well versed in handling all compliance issues such as class action suits, PAGA issues, badging, rebadging, TUPE transitions and should be particularly networked and skilled to build an excellent leadership team for IT Business Development

Should have handled the North-America region as an HR leader and be based out of the US.

Should be ready to relocate at New Jersey as place of work with frequent travel as required to various customer sites for onsite delivery in North America and Europe
