- Lead/Manage projects

Hiring Marketing & Analyst Relations Executive - NJ

They are looking for a senior professional for Marketing & Advisory relations.



Responsibilities & Tasks
An AR professional will be responsible for the development and implementation of an effective Advisor & Analyst relations program.
Specific tasks include:
•                 Work with key Advisory firms like ISG, Alsbridge, KPMG, and with Research Organizations like Gartner, Forrester and Ovum with the aim of getting RFP invitations and favorable mentions in research reports
•                 Schedule and manage a calendar of interactions with the Advisor & Analyst (AA) firms
•                 Establish processes for ongoing communication and education of industry analysts
•                 Facilitating analyst briefings and inquiry sessions
•                 Securing analyst quotes for press releases
•                 Preparing analyst briefing tours, presentations, and documents
•                 Oversee budget, analysis and recommendations for purchased analyst research services
•                 Support the corporate communications team in other PR-related programs and activities
•                 Responding to analyst inquiries, monitoring briefings, ensuring that deliverables are provided and suggesting research topics
•                 Developing and monitoring an analyst report calendar for coverage potential
•                 Facilitating information exchange with outside PR firm

Professional Experience Requirements
•             The effective candidate will have a technology sales and marketing background, with an overall understanding of company's technology and service offerings
•             Because the position is usually not a defined job within many vendors, the person should be a self-starter with proven project and business management skills.
•             The individual should also be a polished communicator who will represent the company in front of discriminating industry analysts
•             The professional should be at ease working with Business Unit and Service Line Heads
•             Analyst relations (AR) professionals provide a key link between industry analysts and internal marketing or corporate executives.
•             10 – 15 years of experience working with a technology services organization, research firm or advisory, or a combination thereof, will be ideal


Education Qualifications
•             A BA/BS degree in a marketing or technology-related field is required
·                 Advanced degrees will be a plus

·    Maintain and collate Sales tracking reports
·    Assist with company publicity and conferences ( eg OTC and others)  including handling the administrative, logistics and creative aspects of putting together a good corporate image.
·    Maintain, support, create and collate power-point presentations in Common Shared Folders for all the various services.
·    Create, develop, establish and build excellent relationships with publicity avenues such as magazines, papers, event organizers and the like.
·    Be  the internal “ owner “ of the company website and be responsible for keeping information up to date, additions, upgrades and liaising with external web site providers

Hiring Test Manager at Hartford


Overview:· Looking for a Test Manager at onsite USA, Hartford to handle insurance QA project.  should have worked in onsite offshore model with extensive client handling experience in insurance domain. Should be able to support offshore team from onsite in extended hours.

             Job Responsibilities:

                  
  • Over 8-10 years of experience in software testing
  • Expertise in the insurance domain required, claims experience preferred
  • Should be able to understand business, functional and other requirements and be able to talk to the relevant stakeholders for clarification.
  • Should be able to review test scenario, test cases, RTM and the other test artifacts
  • Knowledge of various types of testing like Manual, Automation, white box testing
  • Should have experience in automation tool like QTP, Selenium, etc. and should be able to create plan, framework for automation
  • Should be able to create templates, frameworks as required for each testing phase
  • Should be able to handle defect triage meetings
  • Should be able to create various test metrics and lead the governance meetings
  • Should have expertise in identifying risks and conflict management.
  • Should be able to work for value adds, new initiatives and productivity improvements
  • Knowledge and experience of working in various SDLC ( Waterfall and Agile)
  • Expertise in documenting test strategy, test plan and all the test artefacts
